华安 manufactures highway guardrail systems and related traffic-facility products under one roof. Our facility covers the full range of work, from raw steel handling to finished barrier components, so product quality is controlled at every stage.

Production process
From raw steel to finished guardrail
01
Steel slitting
Raw steel coils are slit to the widths required for each guardrail profile, keeping material dimensions consistent from the first stage.

Cold roll-forming
Slit strip passes through roll-forming lines that shape the W-beam and related profiles to the specified geometry.

Punching and fabrication
Bolt holes and fittings are formed so that rails, posts, and accessories assemble correctly on site.

Hot-dip galvanizing
Finished components are galvanized to protect the steel against corrosion over the service life of the highway installation.
